Every day for seven days, you pick up the phone and you call me. Seven minutes. Four things, every time. They spell HERO, and they are the daily practice version of everything I teach.

Days eight through ninety
We meet one on one every two weeks for three months. Six sessions in total. Before each one you complete The Unscripted You. Five questions. No script, no performance, just the truth.
How this works
